On a beautiful October day we headed to the historic First United Methodist Church of Glendale to witness and photograph Kirstina & Jonathan become husband and wife. From start to finish, their wedding day was full of lots of love and sweet moments.
After initially meeting online, Kristina and Jonathan talked for a few weeks before meeting in person and hitting it off. Their relationship took off as they connected on many levels, especially on their dedication to their Christian faith. It has been really beautiful to see how they already seek to honor God in their relationship, and I know they’re sure to do the same in their marriage for years to come.
When it came time for Jonathan to propose, he asked Kristina to be his wife in her parents’ backyard during a family gathering. While his cousin played guitar, Jonathan serranaded Kristina singing “Marry Me” by Train. She said yes, and now we fast forward to that beautiful historic church!!
The day started as the Bridesmaids helped Kristina put her finishing touches of getting ready on while Jonathan hung out with his Groomsmen. Before long, we were ready for their first look! Jonathan’s reaction to seeing his Bride was so sweet as he fought back tears, taking in her Bridal look for their special day. Their Ceremony was thoughtful and included a sand ceremony, communion, and a special song played live for the Bride & Groom. After the two exchanged their vows and sealed it with a kiss, the rest of the day was a blur of happiness and celebration that ended with the most EPIC getaway at the end of the night!! You seriously have to check it out!! 🙂
Kristina & Jonathan: Thank you guys for being so, so sweet! It was an honor to document your wedding day and I know you guys are going to do amazing things as a married couple!! We are wishing you blessings and happiness for many years to come.
