Boyce Thompson Arboretum Engagement | Jessica & Daniel
We met Jessica and Daniel at the beautiful Boyce Thompson Arboretum for their engagement session. Jessica and Daniel met through their church and it was immediately obvious that God’s hand was over their relationship. After years of dating, Daniel asked Jessica to be his wife and totally surprised her! He had all of her close friends and family meet them at a park. There were candles surrounding a walkway and each friend handed Jessica a rose along the path. At the end of the walkway, Daniel awaited her in the middle of a rose petal heart. He was so nervous because everyone was watching that he totally forgot what he planned to say, but managed to say exactly what he needed to. In Jessica’s own words, “it was perfect just for us.”
Boyce Thompson Arboretum was the perfect backdrop for these two. We explored all over and found beautiful areas with gorgeous light (my favorite). It was such a perfect Arizona “winter” day out, which made their session so enjoyable all around. Jessica and Daniel are sweet and giggly together. After our time with them, one thing was clear: they have so much fun together! Jessica told us one of their favorite things to do together are Groupon dates. She mentioned they’ve done pottery dates and even archery dates because they love going on adventures and trying new things together. How cute is that!? I’m so excited for their wedding this fall at Garden Tuscana and can’t wait to see them become husband and wife! In the meantime, enjoy my favorites from their gorgeous session at the Arboretum!
